Em Cosmetics x Necessaire Self-care Set Review

Hello there, long time that I haven't posted on this blog. I recently received this skincare and makeup set from Em Cosmetics and Necessaire as part of this giveaway they were hosting. I'm glad to have been one of ten winners to receive this because I have always wanted to try Michelle Phan's makeup line and also try a new fragrance-free skincare product.

First, I'll start off by talking about the Em Cosmetics set. On the left is the Color Drops Serum Blush in the shade Rose Milk and the Lip Cushion Tinted Lip Luminzer in the shade Magic Hour.

At first glance, you may think that it's a faulty design for how it looks for the blush but it's actually an applicator where you use one or more drops to build up the color as you'd like to amplify your natural radiance.

As stated on the Em Cosmetics site, "this lightweight, yet luxurious serum is formulated with Sachi Inchi Oil, Vitamin E, and Hyaluronic Acid to provide a youthful, dewy glow with each and every drop."

I have noticed that it's a very nice texture and also there are some tips for anyone who has combination/oily skin: to prep the skin for application by blotting cheeks with a tissue or by using oil-absorbing sheets before application.

**I would give this product an 8/10 and it looks great for a lot of skin tones as well. Listed below are the swatches of both products.

Next, I'll talk about the brand called Necessaire. This is a brand that uses environment-friendly ingredients to use on your body.

The Body Serum is a daily multi-hydration treatment for the skin. You can apply all over the body or to areas where extra hydration is needed.

This contains the following ingredients:

Hyaluronic Acid
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B5
Ceramide NP

It's a smooth texture, helps to replenish and hydrate the skin. It contains 150 ML which is a lot for the only size it comes in and it does make a difference to add in moisturizer with this so it leaves your skin hydrated and ready for the day.

I appreciate that it's also fragrance-free, if you're sensitive to having anything scented...this would be a great product for you to try out but if you would like to save some $

I would recommend:

Cetaphil
Aquaphor
Aveeno

**Overall review: 8/10 for quality product and quality ingredients and also the design and use of it

I hope you all enjoyed this short review! Be sure to follow me on Instagram: annhvu19 for updates on upcoming posts/reviews, thanks and have a good weekend.

Review: Makeup Revolution x Soph Extra Spice Eyeshadow Palette

Today, I'll be reviewing and talking about the pros and cons of this palette and why or why not you should skip or add this to your collection. As always, all opinions are my own.  One of the reasons why I like this palette is that it has a good mix of both matte and shimmers.  -You can go from daytime to nighttime with just two to three shades.  -It's also a good deal for $15, you can get 18 eyeshadows that go from neutral, berry, olive to a sunset eye look.  Here are the swatches from Top to Bottom for the first two rows:  Everyday  Running Late Infinity Cheesecake Cookie Dough Dreams Vitamin C  Sweet n Sour  Twenty One Romance Enchanted Lakes Here's the last row of swatches: Brownies Chocolate Orange Mulled Wine LA Sun Aurora Reputation Some cons are  -Can be a bit patchy and contain a lot of fall out when you apply eyeshadow  -With fallout, you can always tap off the excess and also use a Q-tip with lotion to remove where it's...
