October Movie Recommendations

Happy early Halloween to my dear readers! Today, I'll be telling you what movies you should be watching during this spooky season and if the movie that you love to watch during Halloween isn't on here, don't worry because there will be a part two series adding to this list.  The Halloweentown series on Disney + and Amazon Prime  The Halloweentown series has been a part of my childhood and yours for a long time especially with some of its best-known quotes.   "Why do you even like Halloween?"    "Halloween is cool"  For some that have yet to watch this on their movie list, it's about a family where the grandmother is a witch and she comes to visit her grandchildren in the mortal world. When Grandma Aggie arrives, Gwen who is the mom of Dylan, Sophie, and Marnie looks displeased to see her visiting them on Halloween night. She has Aggie promise her not to tell the children about "the other world".  Low and behold, Aggie has a book that'...

Japan Candy Store Mini Haul Review

Hello! Welcome to my first mini haul of Japan Candy Store!  I first heard about these while scrolling on my Instagram feed and thought to test it out for myself and see what snacks I could tell you to try out and get for yourself.  The first item I got to try out was the Tohato Potato Rings which I got in the chicken consomme flavor. Upon eating some of them, I found them to have a nice crunch and sweet/savory flavor to them and later putting it away as it was very yummy to eat as a snack.  The second was the Pocky Choco Mint which reminds me of the Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies. Are there any of you who like Girl Scout Cookies and if so, what flavors? These exactly gave that tasty mint flavor I enjoyed so much without coming off as that mint toothpaste texture.  And last, but not least I saved the best for last. I looked into the box to see what I received as the mystery item and I thank my friend Marley for translating what it was....*drumroll*  ...

Go Selly Firming Pomegrante Sheet Mask Review

Disclaimer:  Financial compensation was not received for this post. A sample product was gifted from Go Selly Beauty. Opinions expressed here are my own. Skincare is one of the things that I care about especially when it comes to masking acne which a lot of us suffer from during this time. If you don't take good care of your skin and drink enough water, that may also contribute to having acne too.  One of the brands that I feel makes a big difference in how I take care of my skin is through Go Selly, a Kbeauty skincare brand.  Pros: A three-layered sheet to provide the maximum amount of extra moisture to sink into the skin doesn't rip when you unfold and first apply onto your face contains pomegranate essence that helps to firm the skin  includes extra essence on the bottom in case there are areas on your face that need additional moisture they have other sheet masks in their line that target other concerns such as acne-prone, dull-tired, and dry skin Cons: co...
